  • Looks Are Not Everything But Noticeably Important

“How important are our physical looks in our spiritual growth? Should we attend to the spiritual and ignore our physical appearance? …Esther was very beautiful. She had a lovely figure. Yet she avoided excess make up that other competitors used. She only used the basic make up that Hegai provided. Basic make up and grooming stuff is good. We shouldn’t abandon everything that makes us look good. Some oils and perfumes and designs greatly improve our physical features. Esther improved her physical appearance. However, she was not as extreme as compared to others.”

  • After Three Years

“The three years may be symbolic or literal, but after three years God will grant justice. After three years the untouchable powerful boss will be touched. After three years the powerful terrifying schemer will lose power. After three years the intimidating spouse, parent, children, relatives, neighbors and colleagues will be intimidated. After three years!”

  • Have You Acted In Good Faith?

“Acting in good faith means you have good intentions. Acting in good faith means you wish to achieve the greater good for most people. Acting in good faith means the goal of your actions is not personal selfish interests. Acting in good faith means God will be pleased by your actions. Acting in good faith means from deep within your heart you harbor no ill motives as you act. Have you acted in good faith?”

  • This Is Why They Were and We Still Are Deceived

“We get deceived by tricky questions in exams because we didn’t inquire from God. We get misled by peer pressure because we don’t ask God for directions. Advice from relatives and friends deceive us to end relationships we could fix, because we don’t inquire from God. We are conned into wrong relationships and marriages because we don’t ask God before falling in love.”

  • Never Forget The Problem and The Solution

“Any preacher worth their salt, must never stop at the problem and consequences. Scaremongering and fear mongering may be captivating but never our calling. We must offer a solution! Moses offered a solution!”

  • You Are Not Good Enough Nor Deserving But You’ll Get It

“After such a lesson, we still can’t believe that salvation is free. Therefore we ask questions to prove that good behavior is important. This is because we want it to be by merit. The simple and correct answer is that good works, good behavior in us is produced by the Holy Spirit in us AFTER SALVATION. It is not our efforts. Therefore you can’t brag about it nor present it as evidence that you are better than others. You realize that you are still the chief of sinners!”

  • Not The Best But Beating The Best

“Under what circumstances can the best be beaten by the inferior? How can the best lose to the not so best? How did Israel dispossess nations greater than them, stronger than them, and better than them?”

  • We Desperately Need This Cloud and Fire!

“May the will of God in all matters be as clear to us, as the cloud and fire was clear to everyone in Israel. May we like Israelites be willing to obey without questioning. If it moved they moved. If it stopped, they stopped. No questions just obedience to the will of God revealed in the cloud and fire. We desperately need this cloud and fire!”

  • Absence Without A Good Excuse Is Dangerous

“Saved from failure. Saved from losses. Saved from job loss. Saved from broken relationships. Saved from sickness. Saved from death. Saved from sin and hell. Saved from brokenness. Saved from bad people at home, around us and far away. Saved from toxic spouses, toxic bosses, toxic neighbors and scheming colleagues. Would it then be acceptable to have lame excuses for missing worship, communion and expression of gratefulness? Isn’t ungratefulness dangerous?”
