Isn’t that so severe? Die for breach of protocol? To breach protocol is to break protocol. To fail to follow the given protocol. A protocol is a system of doing things in an orderly way spelling clearly where to begin where to go through and where to end. To deviate from protocol is a breach of protocol. For breach of protocol, you will die!
At some point God ordered a census that everyone was counted including Levites, immediately after crossing the Red sea. Now He says do not count the Levites, but count all others. Why? At another time David is punished for taking a census of Israel, yet in the past God Himself has several times ordered a census. Why punish David?
What is tithe? What is offerings? Do we give gross or net? If the church accepts my giving, does it mean God has also accepted it? What would cause giving to be rejected?
What we are doing is what others were eternally punished for. Exactly how we are conducting ourselves, is how those who were eternally punished, were conducting themselves. Why haven’t we been punished? For this very reason, others were eternally punished!
Knowing has made a difference. Knowing has placed some expectations on us. Knowing means we are now required to act according to what we know. You can’t undo knowing. Once you know, it is too late to unknow(sic) what you now know. If we can’t act on what we know, it is better if we didn’t know!
This is a good explanation why the message directed to pastors only is actually a whole church issue. It is said to pastors and all of us as well. The world is in dire need of good pastors. This will make you a good pastor!

Be worried if you feel nothing. Feeling nothing is not an achievement of freedom from worrying. Feeling nothing could be an eternally fatal malady. Feeling nothing could be a final stage of eternal spiritual and then physical death. What does it mean to feel nothing?
Wisdom is slow but sure. We love rushing but it is not wisdom. The Bible tells us not to rush and wait since a solution is en route. Do not rush to permanent relationship, do not rush…
