I Will Destroy Your Witchcraft

Micah 5:12
I will destroy your witchcraft
and you will no longer cast spells.

Witchcraft is real but God’s power which is greater than witchcraft is equally real. To deny the existence and potency of witchcraft is not a sign of faith. The Bible cites witchcraft in various passages meaning it existed and still exists. The Bible warns against the practice of witchcraft and related activities. The Bible emphasizes that God has greater power than witchcraft and will therefore protect His people from witchcraft!

Galatians 5:19-20
(19) The acts of the flesh are obvious: sexual immorality, impurity and debauchery; (20) idolatry and WITCHCRAFT; hatred, discord, jealousy, fits of rage, selfish ambition, dissensions, factions (21) and envy; drunkenness, orgies, and the like. I warn you, as I did before, that those who live like this will not inherit the kingdom of God.

The Bible tells us that among the people who will not inherit the kingdom of God are those who associate with witchcraft. Those who practice witchcraft and those who use their services will end up in hellfires. The warning against witchcraft is because witchcraft is real. Unless the witches stop their witchcraft, they have no life after this one except eternal death.

Revelation 21:8
But the cowardly, the unbelieving, the vile, the murderers, the sexually immoral, those who practice MAGIC ARTS, the idolaters and all liars —they will be consigned to the fiery lake of burning sulfur. This is the second death.”

John the Revelator tells us that among those who will be tossed into hell’s lake of fire are those who practice magic arts. That is a confirmation that magic arts which include witchcraft do exist and God hates it.

1 Chronicles 10:13
Saul died because he was unfaithful to the LORD; he did not keep the word of the LORD and even CONSULTED A MEDIUM for guidance,

King Saul died for among other reasons consulting a witch for guidance. God kills those who consult witch doctors. When you see signage inviting you to lucrative offers by witch doctors, it is an invitation to be killed by God. Seeking help from witch doctors is a sin and offends God. King Saul died for consulting a witch. Having contacts for witches who masquerade by other names like a doctor, etc., is exposing yourself to the wrath of God.

Leviticus 19:31
“‘Do not turn to mediums or seek out spiritists, for you will be defiled by them. I am the LORD your God.

Leviticus 20:6
“‘I will set my face against anyone who turns to mediums and spiritists to prostitute themselves by following them, and I will cut them off from their people.

Leviticus 20:27
“‘A man or woman who is a medium or spiritist among you must be put to death. You are to stone them; their blood will be on their own heads.’”

The language used in Leviticus has an uncompromising prohibitive language. Every activity that is related in any way to witchcraft is not acceptable among God’s people. Prohibition confirms that witchcraft exists but it is unacceptable.

The prophet Micah tells the people of Israel that God will reform them and save them. Part of the reformation is that God will destroy their witchcraft. The witchcraft they depend on will be destroyed. The witchcraft that protects them will be destroyed. The witchcraft that sustains their relationship will be destroyed. God says that He will destroy their witchcraft!

God knows those who have witchcraft. God knows those who subscribe to witchcraft. God knows those that are using the services of a witch. God knows those who fear witchcraft. God knows those who for lack of faith are victims of witchcraft. All that is your witchcraft and God promises to destroy it. I will destroy your witchcraft!

God says He will disable witchcraft so that the witches can’t cast spells. God will render witches powerless. Witches will try to cast their spells but they will find themselves unable to do so. They will try to harm their victims but to no avail. It is good news that for all the witches around us who claim immense power, God promises to render them powerless. I will destroy your witchcraft!

May God destroy all the witchcraft in our possession so that we do not end up in hell. May God render useless all the witchcraft we have subscribed to so that we only depend on Him. May God destroy all the witchcraft that may be deployed or has been deployed to harm His people. In Jesus’ name, Amen!
